BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

BOOKINGS AND POLICY:

Bookings must be paid in full before date of arrival.

WHEN BOOKINGS ARE MADE.:

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours, or as agreed upon by Mountain Creek Lodge as per the quote, or booking will be cancelled.

A BOOKING IS CONFIRMED ONCE WE RECEIVE A PAYMENT.

NOTICE: UPON CONFIRMATION, OUR POLICY WILL TAKE AFFECT SHOULD THERE BE A CANCELLATION.
THE INTENDED GUEST ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE FULL 50% DEPOSIT, EVEN IF THE FULL 50% DEPOSIT AMOUNT WASN’T PAID IN FULL YET. (ANY DEPOSIT PAID, THAT IS LESS THAN 50% IS A COURTESY TO YOU OUR GUESTS. THE INTENDED GUEST WILL STILL BE ACCOUNTABLE AND PENALIZED FOR THE FULL 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED AS STIPULATED IN OUR POLICY.)

CANCELLATION POLICY :

In the event of premature departure we will charge for the full original booking.

Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival:

Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – The potential Visitor forfeits 100% of the full deposit required (a full deposit is 50% of the total amount), as per the quote.

Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival:

The potential Visitor forfeits 75% of the full deposit required (A full deposit is 50% of the total amount), as per the quote, or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).

Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival:

The potential Visitor forfeits 50% of the full deposit required (A full deposit is 50% of the total amount), as per the quote, or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).

ONCE A BOOKIING IS CONFIRMED BY THE POTENTIAL VISITOR, HE / SHE will be held responsible for any and all outstanding costs, MENTIONED ABOVE IN THE CANCELLATION POLICY.

The outstanding amount due, will be communicated by Mountain Creek Lodge and must be paid in full within 1 week of the cancellation made.
